WHR Spotlight Trade

All right, folks, let’s take a look at a seasonal based trade today on Sherwin Williams, the ticker is Sh w. And this is one of our seasonal spotlight picks heading into the last week of March. This trade is a bullish idea with a suggested entry date on around 330 with an end date of around five, nine, so it’s one of our longer seasonal spotlight trades coming in with about a 40 to 45 day hold period. average profit has been around seven and a half percent been profitable at 1% Over the last 16 years. So let’s do a quick top down analysis on this puppy. We’re looking at a weekly chart right here, since topping out here at 350. Back in December, we’ve come all the way down here to about 235 ish, and we’re now at an area of structure. So this is an area where trend short term trend was changed. And then we powered up to the upside now one thing I want to do while we’re on the weekly is take our fib tool from this last swing low way down here and measure up to the last swing high. And you see we’ve made a nice little 50% retracement. So let’s flip over to the daily here, knowing that we’ve got that fib Confluence at the 50%. We know that or we can recognize that we traded right down here into our key level. And now it’s just a matter of getting that extra confirmation. So right I like to do is draw this trendline we have broken trendline and we’re coming back down a little bit today we are weaker. And the s&p is up right now. 16 and a half points but we’re down one and a half year on Sherwin Williams not sure why. But what I’ll be looking for is a take out of these this week’s highs. So if we get back above this 252 55 area, I like first target up here 265 And the next target right here, target two comes right here into 200 day moving average resistance which comes in around the 285 area and I’ll risk down here below 230.
