Watch for further downside [NEM]

One thing I like to do is look at this from a seasonal perspective. You see we’ve got pockets of seasonal bearish bias here for several months for Jan five J 19, jan 31, to Feb 11, Feb 25 to march 24. And well into the spring all with 80% win rates or higher over 567 years and greater so knowing that we had at seasonal data that kind of focuses on the downside, we’re taking a look at the charts. Now I am closely tied to the metals market, of course is the world’s largest gold mining company. And we are just now pulling back from this longer term structure the 65 areas so we pressed up into the 65 area here you see that the seller or the buyers could not contain themselves sellers took over now we’ve broken this longer term trend line this trend line is represented on the weekly and the daily chart we’re also putting in a one to three top as well. So we have a one to three top close below that number two could find some short term support here into this 59 Half 60 area first targets project a moved down to 56 half and then second target down here to 52 quarter. So the way we play this, you can buy put options sell the stock or sell bear call spreads up above.
